It is brown in concentrated sulfuric acid and blue after dilution. Color precipitation. Vat Blue 4 Application:

Mainly used in yarn leuco dye and super fine powder can be used for cotton and polyester/cotton blended fabric of the suspension milk dye, also can be used for cotton direct printing and resist printing. Vat Blue 4 Use condition:

1.Vat blue 4 is suitable for dyeing of cotton products when dyeing or dip dyeing. It is suitable for full-bath reduction. The reduction temperature is 55~60°C, and the temperature is not more than 60°C. The maximum time is 10min. Otherwise, It is very likely to produce crystallization, and it is prone to excessive reduction and cause dim light. In severe cases, the color is light, so the amount of insurance powder should be strictly controlled.

2. The leuco body has high affinity to cotton fiber, and the leveling property is general. The dyeing curve is shown in Figure 4-5-21. The dye leuco body has low solubility and is sensitive to hard water. It is advisable to use soft water to prepare dye solution. And dyeing.
