soluble in ethanol, acetone and toluene. It is purple light black in concentrated sulfuric acid, dark green light blue after dilution, with blue to black precipitation. The dye ethanol solution with concentrated hydrochloric acid is blue light black, and the solution with concentrated sodium hydroxide is dark blue. 

Preparation method: diazotization of aniline, coupling with 1-tsai amine, diazotization of its product, coupling with 2,3-dihydro-2,2-dimethyl-naxi.
