Appearance is dark red powder (or liquid). The solubility in water is 40g/L at 40°C, and it is bright red in water. The dye powder is greenish yellow in concentrated sulfuric acid, and turns yellow (fluorescent) after dilution. It is slightly dark under the light. It is dyed at a high temperature of 120 ° C, and the color is unchanged. The color of the copper ion is slightly changed during dyeing, and the color of the iron ion is unchanged. The blocking group of the cationic bright red SD-5GN and the cationic brilliant red SD-5GN is dispersed. It is a 1-naphthalenesulfonic acid group.
Mainly used in acrylic fiber, fiber scattered and article of wool terylen dyeing. Can be used for two vinegar fiber and modified polyester direct printing.
1. Acrylic dyeing: suitable for acrylic dyeing, in acetic acid and sodium acetate bath, dye bath pH is stable in the range of 2~6, coloring is mild, and has good leveling performance. If sulfuric acid or formic acid is used The bath is dyed and the color is unchanged. The color is bright red, which is suitable for dyeing and brightening, and the requirement of low light fastness is often mixed with cationic golden GL on acrylic wool carpet.
2. Other fiber dyeing:basic red 14 can dye two vinegar fiber, the light fastness is 4~5, the staining fastness is 2~3. basic red 14 can also dye chlorine, add anionic surfactant, sun and soap. The degree is 5 grades. When dyeing wool and nitrile blend fabrics, there is little staining on wool and nylon.
3. Printing: basic red 14 can be used for direct printing of acrylic fiber, diacetate fiber or acid-modified polyester fabric. The ground color can be whitened with carved white block. It can also be used for coloring paste with other color of stannous chloride as the discharge agent. It can be dyed with silk in the same way as the grafting method, which can improve the dyeing fastness.
20 or 25kg/compound bag, carton box, iron drum, fiber durm for powder dye and 1000kg/tank for liquid dye
