Appearance is yellow powder (or liquid), soluble in water and yellow. It is orange in concentrated sulfuric acid and turns yellow after dilution. The aqueous solution of dye is added with sodium hydroxide as colorless. It is dyed at 120 °C and the color is unchanged. It is not suitable for boiling when dissolved. The pH of the dye bath is stable in the range of 3-6. The blocking group of the dispersed cationic golden SD-GL is 1-naphthalenesulfonate.
Mainly used in acrylic fiber, scattered article fiber dyeing, can be used for direct printing acrylic and silk, also can be used for modification polyester fiber, acetate fiber and PVC fiber dyeing.
1. Acrylic dyeing: It is suitable for the dyeing of acrylic fiber, fiber strip and wool. It is carried out in acetic acid and sodium acetate bath. The pH value is below 5 and the color is stable. The color light is similar to that of cationic orange G. It is bright yellow orange. Less Used alone, it is usually dyed with cationic pink FG and turquoise blue. It is dyed with cationic red GTL, blue NBL or blue 7GL. It has good darkness and steam resistance.
2. Other fiber dyeing: Basic Yellow 28 can be used for dyeing modified polyester, acetate fiber and polyvinyl chloride. It can be dyed with silk in the same way as grafting method, which can improve the color fastness.
3. Printing: Basic Yellow 28 can be used for direct printing of acrylic fabrics. It can be used in combination with other X-type cationic dyes, and can also be used for direct printing of silk, diacetate and triacetate fabrics. The dyes are printed directly on the silk, but only as small pieces of bright color.
20 or 25kg/compound bag, carton box, iron drum, fiber durm for powder dye and 1000kg/tank for liquid dye
