Acid Blue 45

Appearance is blue powder. Soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol, cellosolve, insoluble in acetone, benzene, carbon tetrachloride. The dye is olive yellow in concentrated sulfuric acid, and turns into blue-violet after dilution.

This product used for wool, silk, wool blended fabric, paper, leather, soap and cosmetics shading, its heavy metal salt can be used as organic pigment ink. This product has high in dyeing move color sex and good permeability.

Use condition:

1. Mainly used for dyeing and printing wool, silk, nylon and blended fabrics, and also for coloring paper, leather, soap and cosmetics.

2. Wool dyeing should be carried out in a strong acid bath. The pH value of the dyeing solution should be adjusted to below 3.5. Yuanming powder can be used as a retarding agent to improve levelness; silk and nylon dyeing should be carried out in an acetic acid bath.

3. When the wool is dyed in the same bath as the various fibers, the silk is lighter in color and the cellulose fibers are not stained.

4. When dyeing, the copper ion color is dark, and the iron ion color is red and dark.
