Acid Blue 72

Used for silk, acrylic, tannin mordant dyeing cotton dyeing, also can be used for leather, paper, hemp and glue directly printing and dyeing, the discharge printing. Can also be used in oil and fat, paint color, also can be used in the preparation of color which used in ink.

Acid Blue 72 Use condition

1. Mainly used for dyeing nylon, it is one of nylon special dyes; it can also be used for dyeing and direct printing of wool, silk and its blends.

2. Nylon dyeing: It is carried out in a weakly acidic or neutral bath. The leveling property and the width of the horizontal strip are good. The lightness of the light medium color is better, the darkness of the wet processing is not good, and it is suitable for dyeing the light color. The wet treatment fastness can be improved by fixing the tannin after dyeing.

3. Wool dyeing: It can be carried out in a strong acid or weak acid bath, and Yuanming powder can be used as a retarding agent.

4. Blending of the blended fabric: When the wool is dyed in the same bath as the various fibers, the silk is heavily stained and the cellulose fibers are slightly stained.
