Sulphur Blue 13 (Sulphur Blue BBF) alias Sulphur Sapphire BBF, Sulphur sky blue, etc.

Insoluble in water, dyed matter is completely discolored in sodium hypochlorite solution It is greenish yellow in sodium sulfide or insurance powder alkaline solution, greenish blue in concentrated sulfuric acid, and dark blue precipitate after dilution.

Sulphur Blue 13 Use condition:

1. Sulphur Blue 13(Sulphur Blue BBF) is suitable for the dyeing of cotton, hemp and viscose, and also for the dyeing of cotton blended fabrics.

2. The dyeing temperature is most suitable at 65 ° C, and it is also resistant to high temperature dyeing, moderate leveling, and the pH value of the dye bath is preferably 9.5. The cotton fiber is moderately absorbed.

3. After dyeing, it is oxidized with hydrogen peroxide or sodium perborate to obtain bright colors.

4. Bronze color is easy to produce during dyeing, and the dark color is the most serious. When dyeing, the dye should be prevented from being exposed to the liquid surface to avoid stains.

5. After Sulphur of new blue BBF dyeing, wet processing fastness is poor, and after curing with a fixing agent, the light fastness and washing fastness can be improved, but the color light is slightly dark.
