soluble in acetone, ethanol, benzene and linseed oil. It is dark brown light yellow in concentrated sulfuric acid, and the color becomes light after dilution. For alcohol, ester solvent, ethylene, alkyd resin, cellulose acetate paint. It has the same chemical structure as C.I. dissense Violet 1.
