Application Features

The appearance of VAT brown R is generally dark red powder, insoluble in water and alcohol. It is slightly soluble in xylene and presented in jujube red solution, dark wine red in concentrated sulfuric acid, and red and brown precipitation after dilution.

Can be used for viscose and wool dyeing, can also be processed into organic pigment.

Vat Brown 3 Use condition:

1.Vat Brown 3 (VAT brown R) for jig dyeing and dyeing of cotton products, the most suitable method of b, then apply to c., it is better to restore dry cylinder temperature should not be more than 50 ℃, the reduction time 10 ~ 15 min, dry cylinder stable time for 30 min.

2.Reduction of cotton fiber of brown R leuco high affinity, good levelness, dyeing curve as shown in figure 4, 5-36. Dyeing temperature is too low will affect the degree of fiber to absorb dye. Soap colored light reddish after cooking. It is mainly used for suspension pad dyeing, also for the jig dyeing and disseminated. Most for spell dyed brown, cream-colored color, is one of the main varieties brown VAT dye, is also a main woven, knitted dyed cotton yarn dye.

3.Vat Brown 3 is rarely used in cotton printing. It can be used for direct printing, anti-dyeing printing and discharge printing of light ground color.

4.When dyeing viscose fiber with brown R, the temperature should be appropriately raised. When dyeing viscose cotton blended fabric, the uniform color can be obtained by low-temperature dyeing. 50 ℃ dyeing, viscose fiber cotton color is a little dark. Used for whalen dyeing, color depth and cotton close. Glue used for polyester/cotton, polyester blended fabric dyeing, there was a slight yellow stained in polyester composition, light, so the thermosol dyeing with disperse dye bath.

5.The printing and dyeing fabrics with reduced brown R were treated with urea - formaldehyde or cyanal resin.

Precaution

Restore Vat Brown 3 (brown R) should be stored in dry, ventilated place, avoid damp.
