Vat Brown 1

Application Features

The appearance of  Vat Brown 1(VAT brown BR) is generally dark brown powder, insoluble in water and xylene (cold). It is slightly soluble in tetralin (heat) and xylene (heat), greenish gray in concentrated sulfuric acid, and brown precipitate after dilution.

Mainly used for cotton, hemp, silk and viscose dyeing and printing, cotton yarn dyeing common varieties. Used for polyester/cotton blended fabric two bath dyeing of polyester with little color. The leuco used for dyeing cotton knitwear.

Vat Brown 1 Use condition:

1.Jig dyeing and dyeing VAT brown 1 for cotton products, the most suitable b method, applies to c method. Is better to dry cylinder reduction, reduction time 10 ~ 15 min, reduction temperature 40 ~ 50 ℃, the dry cylinder stable time for 40 min.

2.It is widely used in cotton suspension pad dyeing, and is also a brown variety commonly used in cotton yarn dyeing.

3.VAT brown 1 is rarely used in printing. Printing paste is modulated with strong alkali to get better effect. Discharge printing is only in light color.

4.Dye VAT brown BR viscose fiber, low color temperature light, high temperature colored light yellow. Stick to 30 ℃ in cotton blended fabric dyeing, can obtain uniform color; 50 ℃ dyeing, viscose fiber group share color deeper and slant yellow. Dye whalen, red and dark colored light than cotton fiber slightly, poor levelness. Used for cotton blended fabric dyeing, red color is a bit heavy, good levelness. When used in the polyester-cotton (65/35) fabric dyeing, the polyester with color is less, but the thermosol dyeing with disperse dye bath.

5.The VAT brown BR printed and dyed fabric was treated with urea formaldehyde or cyanoformaldehyde resin.

Precaution

Restore Vat Brown 1 should be stored in a dry and ventilated place sealed.
