1. It is used for dyeing wool, nylon, silk, vinylon and wool/bonded fabrics, and also for direct printing and leather dyeing of wool, silk and nylon fabrics.
2. Wool dyeing: It should be carried out in a weak acid bath or a neutral bath. Add a small amount of acetic acid or ammonium sulfate to promote the dyeing. The pH value of the dyeing liquid is 5.5~7. It has excellent hiding performance for the hair tip and the same bath for different properties. The dyeing and color absorption are the same. It is often dyed with neutral blue BNL and neutral gray 2BL for various colors such as gray, rice, camel, grass green and grass yellow.
3. Silk dyeing: It should be carried out in a neutral or weakly acidic bath.
4. Nylon dyeing: It should be carried out in neutral or weak acid bath, pH value is 7~8. Color fastness is close to dyeing wool. The dyeing elastic nylon yarn has good fastness, but opacity and leveling Poor, should pay attention to the control of heating rate.
5. Blending of blended fabrics: When dyeing wool with various fibers in the same bath, the apparent color of nylon is darker and redder than wool, silk is slightly shallow, cotton and viscose fiber are not stained. Wool or silk is blended with cotton or viscose The interwoven fabric can be dyed in the same bath with a neutral bath and a direct dye, and then treated with a fixing agent to improve the wet processing fastness.
